runner. I have to say, running has made so many positive influences on
my life in so many aspects, including physical, mental, and emotional. With the overwhelming health problems in America today, this is
not something to take for granted. My body is lean and strong. I have energy that lasts me all day.
I can eat all my favorite dishes without feeling guilty. My mind is as
sharp as ever. My emotions remain on an even keel. And there's nothing like finishing a
challenging run or beating your personal best in a race to boost your
self confidence. Overall, I'm
just a healthier, happier person because of it.

years, both as a runner and worker in the running industry.
